This gluten-free alternative to classic rye bread is certainly reminiscent of the rye you know! Organic ginger, caraway, and fennel are used to offer the flavor you remember in this soft, moist, delicious bread. All of Eat More Bakery’s breads are personal-sized, with each loaf weighing 23 ounces and yielding 12-14 slices. Like all of Eat More’s breads, the rye is free of dairy, soy, and tree nuts, and while it can be frozen, it is best when eaten fresh!
