Welcome to Asheville's best gluten free wholesale bakery!
We are 100% GF - without all the weird stuff - fresh baked goodies.
We have some important news to share. After more than 12 years in business, we have decided to close our doors. While this has not been an easy decision, my heart is telling me that it’s time for the next adventure. We have truly enjoyed serving this community and offering up tasty gluten free breads and sweets.
As for the details, we will continue production until mid-June with the last delivery available on Thursday, June 18. We are here to provide gf goodies until then! Our hope is that this notice will allow you time to adjust and adapt as necessary.
If you are in need of any equipment or smallwares, please reach out. We will be selling our kitchenware including stainless tables, ovens, reach-in cooler and freezers, VacMaster food sealer, bread slicers, cake supplies, sheet pans, storage containers, metro, speed and dunnage racks, etc.
Being an entrepreneur and small business owner has been a life-long dream of mine. My heart is full of gratitude for our amazing loyal customers. Your support has been tremendous!
Please do not hesitate to reach out!
In gratitude, Rebekah

What Our Customers Say
New website is great! Wanted to let you know that the mini-carrot cake was delicious! Hope you will feature it again at the Farmer's Market as I would love some more! Coffee cake this morning was also good. You rock!

“Rebekah Abrams of Eat More Bakery made an incredibly tasty, gluten-free carrot cake for my husband’s birthday. The cake was artfully decorated: beautiful and subtle, fresh flowers and flowing cursive script, just right for a grown-up guy. All this from a three-minute phone conversation–this was a totally hassle-free experience. I heartily recommend Rebekah Abrams and Eat More Bakery.”

Delicious! All good, but my favs are the hamburger buns and sweet treats! Don't have to do without (good) bread even if you are GF!
